Read this first: how to spot a scam
UCA does not process payments at all. There is no payment system, no subscriptions, no billing, and no fees taken through this platform. Any message asking you to pay UCA, or to pay someone "on behalf of" UCA, is fraudulent. Do not pay, and report it to staff.
A few habits worth keeping:
- Check anyone claiming to be staff against the member list in the official server before you trust a name — lookalike accounts are easy to make.
- Never paste a screenshot showing a code, token, or session cookie. Crop or redact it.
- If something feels rushed, threatening, or "urgent, do this now", slow down. Genuine league business will still be there in ten minutes.
- If you are unsure whether a message is really from us, ask publicly in the server before acting on it.
Where to go
Unless noted otherwise, everything below happens in the official UCA Discord.
- Changing your own password or email — do it yourself at /profile/settings while signed in.
- Cannot sign in or lost your password — see Account access below.
- Club creation, roster moves, rebrands — ask staff in the Discord.
- Fixtures, results, or stats that look wrong — ask staff in the Discord.
- A contested result — see Disputes below.
- Someone's behavior — message staff privately. See Conduct reports.
- Your data, or closing your account — see Privacy requests, and Account Deletion.
- A security vulnerability — report privately to staff. Do not post it publicly.
- Legal inquiries — see Legal inquiries below.
Two documents worth reading before you need them: the Rules & Regulations and the Code of Conduct. The club application asks you to confirm you have read both. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover the rest.
Account access and password recovery
If you are signed in
You can handle most of this yourself at /profile/settings: change your password, or change your email address. Email changes must be confirmed before they take effect, so check the inbox for the new address afterward.
If you are locked out
Self-serve password reset by email is not enabled on UCA right now. The "Forgot password?" link on the login page points to Discord instead.
- Join or open the official UCA Discord.
- Message staff, say you cannot sign in, and give the email address on your UCA account. Do not send your password, and do not send codes — staff will never ask for them. Staff will tell you what else they need to confirm the account is yours.
- Staff will help you restore access. Because this is done by hand, we cannot promise how long it takes.
- Once you are back in, go to /profile/settings and set a new password of your own.
Signing in with Discord
You can sign in with Discord instead of a password. This shares only your basic Discord profile and your email address with UCA — it does not give UCA access to your servers or your connected accounts. Publicly, other people see only a "Discord connected" badge; your handle, global name, avatar, and account ID are visible to you and staff, not to the public.
If you lose access to your Discord account, this is worth planning for, because Discord is both a way to sign in and the only way to reach support. If you signed up with Discord and never set a password, your account has no password to fall back on. You would need to reach staff another way — through a clubmate or your manager, who can raise it in the server for you.
Club and roster help
- Applying with a club. The form asks about your club — name, tag, platform, your Discord username, whether you play in other leagues, whether you can hold a minimum roster, availability, and your management experience. Your identity comes from your signed-in session, so it never asks for your real name or email.
- Acknowledgements. The application asks you to confirm you have read the rules and the code of conduct. Read them first — they are what staff hold you to later.
- Roster changes. Staff can walk you through what is allowed in the current competition and when.
- Manager changes, rebrands, and folds. UCA is built around permanent competitive history, including continuity when a club folds, changes owner, or rebrands. Talk to staff before you do anything irreversible.
What is public: club pages show the name, tag, logo, description, colors, the manager's display name and avatar, and the roster — visible to anyone, signed in or not. Player pages are public the same way. Signing in is required to browse the directories, but that does not make individual profiles private: anyone with the link can open them. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Match and result help
If a fixture, result, or stat line looks wrong, bring it to Discord with the fixture and the clubs involved.
- AutoStats. UCA queries the EA Pro Clubs API from our servers to pull match data in. Your browser never contacts EA directly, and data flows one way — from EA into UCA.
- Manual admin workflows. Staff can also enter and correct results by hand.
AutoStats can be inaccurate or incomplete, and every result is subject to administrative review. If the imported data does not match what happened, say so and staff will look at it.

Disputes
A dispute is the formal record for a contested result. Staff work it through and resolve it, and the outcome becomes part of the competitive record. You can see the state of a dispute on that fixture's match page.
Practical advice:
- Raise it promptly, while clips still exist and memories are fresh.
- Share evidence with staff in Discord and host it somewhere durable. A link that expires in 24 hours is not evidence.
- Stick to what happened and what you want reviewed.
- Staff decisions become part of the competitive record.
Conduct reports
If someone's behavior breaks the Code of Conduct — in matches, on club pages, or in the community — report it to staff privately in Discord rather than posting it in a public channel.
Useful things to include:
- Who, and where it happened (which fixture, club, or channel).
- Roughly when.
- Links to any evidence you are hosting elsewhere.
Do not retaliate, and do not run your own investigation in public channels — it makes the incident harder to resolve and can pull you into it. Retaliating against someone for reporting in good faith is itself a violation — see Protection against retaliation. Knowingly false or fabricated reports are also sanctionable.
If you are reporting something serious about your own safety, say so up front so staff prioritize it correctly.
Privacy requests
Privacy questions and requests go to staff privately in Discord. The Privacy Policy is the full statement; this is just the route to it.
- What you can do yourself: change your password and email at /profile/settings.
- What staff handle by hand: account closure, and questions about what is stored on you. There is no self-service delete button and no self-service data export.
For what closing your account does and does not do, read Account Deletion — it is specific about the current limits.
What UCA does not do
- No analytics of any kind.
- No advertising, ad networks, or ad cookies.
- No third-party tracking cookies, and no tracking pixels.
- No marketing email and no newsletter.
- No payments and no financial data.
- No sale of your data, ever.
- No device fingerprinting and no user-agent collection.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you find a security flaw in UCA, tell staff privately in Discord. Do not post it in a public channel, and do not demonstrate it against other people's accounts or data.
- What helps: what you found, the URL or area it affects, steps to reproduce, and what an attacker could actually do with it.
- What to avoid: accessing, changing, or downloading data that is not yours; anything that degrades the service for other players; publishing details before staff have had a chance to fix it.
We do not run a paid bug-bounty program. Reports are handled by staff directly.
Legal inquiries
Legal inquiries come through the official Discord, same as everything else. UCA operates as Ultimate Clubs Association. It is not an incorporated entity and has no company suffix.
There is currently no postal address and no email address published for legal contact. If you need to reach us on a legal matter, do it through Discord and staff will route it. Establishing a stable contact address is on our pre-launch list.
Before you message staff
You will get a faster answer if you bring the right details first time:
- Account issues — the email address on your UCA account. Nothing else. Never your password.
- Club issues — your club name and tag.
- Match issues — the fixture, both clubs, and the date.
- Disputes — your evidence links, hosted somewhere durable.
- Conduct reports — who, where, when, and links. Sent privately.
- Security reports — reproduction steps and impact. Sent privately.
UCA support is run by volunteers, not an automated desk, so we do not publish response times we cannot hold to. There is no ticket portal and no status page.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 to hold a UCA account. Registration by anyone under 13 is not permitted. We do not collect a date of birth, so this is not verified at sign-up. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 13, tell staff in Discord.
